I suppose it's due to the ever changing technology and people's perception of what they got for their money, and just how much they (the NEW car owner) can get out of their vehicle before they deem it has 'given me my money's worth.' With the Fall market in full swing right NOW, even more than last year, there are fewer and fewer 'low' or accecptable mileage vehicles being traded in. It also seems to me that those that are coming into the market are much more used (abused) then any time in recent memory.
